Job Title: Business Development Executive - Ambulance Services

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in ambulance services or emergency medical care within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building client relationships, generating leads, and expanding market reach in the healthcare and emergency services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities in ambulance and emergency medical services.

Build strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, government entities, and private sector clients.

Promote ambulance services, including BLS, ALS, and inter-facility transfers.

Develop and present tailored proposals and service agreements.

Analyze market trends and competitor offerings in ambulance and healthcare services.

Drive sales targets and support contract negotiations.

Attend relevant industry events, expos, and meetings to enhance visibility and network.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

3-4 years of business development experience in ambulance services or healthcare in the UAE.

UAE Driving License is a must

Strong understanding of emergency medical transport operations, regulations, and client needs.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to join immediately.

Preferred Skills:

Existing network in hospitals, clinics, and government sectors.

Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and ambulance licensing procedures.

CRM and proposal software proficiency.
