Business Development Executive with Health care Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven

Business Development Executive

with a strong background in the

healthcare industry

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. A valid driving license is essential for regular client visits and field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector (clinics, hospitals, wellness centers, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and referral partners Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to pitch company services Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, clinical) to ensure service quality and client satisfaction Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's brand and services

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field Proven experience (3+ years) in business development or sales within the healthcare or medical industry Strong understanding of healthcare services, products, or clinical operations Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business growth Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Valid UAE Driving License

and willingness to travel for field visits

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing network of healthcare professionals and decision-makers Experience with government health regulations or insurance providers (DHA, MOH, DOH)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
