Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in the business setup industry in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities within the UAE market, particularly focusing on individuals and companies looking to establish or expand their presence in Dubai. Utilize various channels, including online research, networking events, referrals, and cold outreach, to generate qualified leads. Maintain and update a robust pipeline of prospects and leads in the CRM system.

Client Relationship Management:

Initiate and build strong, lasting relationships with potential clients through effective communication (calls, emails, meetings). Understand client needs and requirements related to business setup, licensing, visas, and other corporate services. Present tailored solutions and proposals that highlight the value proposition of our services. Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the initial stages of the business setup process.

Sales & Target Achievement:

Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and client satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management..

Market Intelligence & Collaboration:

Stay updated on the latest regulations, market trends, and competitive activities within the UAE business setup industry. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (operations, PRO, legal) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide market feedback and insights to the management team to help refine strategies and offerings.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

6 months to 1 year of direct experience in a Business Setup Company in Dubai is mandatory.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets or contributing to business growth. Strong understanding of the UAE business setup processes, free zones, mainland, and offshore company formations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both verbal and written) in English. Arabic is a strong plus.
