We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient "Sales Customer Support f/m (Building Technologies) - Fixed Term" to join our team. You will work closely to coordinate and complete position's tasks as follow:

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient "Sales Customer Support f/m (Building Technologies) - Fixed Term" to join our team. You will work closely to coordinate and complete position's tasks as follow:
- Creating yearly annual price agreements
- Maintaining procurement and contract records
- Assisting in all Logistics related tasks and improvement of processes
- Insuring Detective controls for sales quotations
- Assisting the customers for their orders
- Supporting the sales team with process improvement
- Managing and maintaining sales data
- Monitoring and assist with customer retention
- Assisting with account management
Qualifications
- 1 -2 Years of Experience needed
- Bachelor degree in general management or equivalent.
- Analytical, structured, curious with high curiosity and learning orientation.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills;
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally;
- Strong (advanced) Microsoft Office package knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as an integral member of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment, with high degree of accuracy and reliability.
