We are seeking an experienced Sales cum Customer Service Executive to join our team, specializing in personalized product solutions. This role is focused on chat-based interactions, where you will engage with customers, understand their requirements, and guide them toward suitable customized products.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with customers via chat to provide prompt, professional support.
Understand customer needs and recommend personalized product options.
Convert inquiries into sales through persuasive and consultative selling techniques.
Ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience from inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets to become eligible for commission-based incentives.
Compensation:
Base Salary: AED 2,500/month
Incentives: Attractive commission structure upon achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in e-commerce or customized products).
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Proficient in written English with a persuasive yet service-oriented tone.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
Note: This role is not open to freshers. Only candidates with relevant prior experience in sales or customer support will be considered.
