Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Female Sales & Customer Service Executive
to join our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and client relations. She will be responsible for promoting our services, managing client inquiries, and ensuring a premium customer experience from consultation to post-treatment follow-up.Key Responsibilities:
Promote and upsell aesthetic treatments and packages to new and existing clients Deliver exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone Manage appointment bookings and client records with accuracy Build and maintain long-term client relationships Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery Handle client feedback and resolve concerns professionally Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of relevant experience
in sales and customer service (preferably in the aesthetic, cosmetic, or wellness sector) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales ability and persuasive communication Professional appearance and demeanor Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)Experience and referral letter are required
