Job Description
We are an established online business selling Clothing & Accessories online. We operate a couple of website (https://alqamees.com/ and https://muslimlifestylestore.com/ ) and are looking for a Sales and CSR
- Keen to Learn, Passionate about people
- Must be friendly, engaging and socially active.
- Must Fluent in English Speaking & Written (Urdu / Hindi / Arabic is a Bonus)
- Dynamic and Flexible in working hours, can be required to work from home at times
- Can commute to Work Daily
- Knowledge of Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Etc) in a great asset and will be preferred
- Knowledge about E-commerce (Shopify/WordPress) will be an asset and bonus.
- Answer Customer Queries via Various Channels (E-mail, Social Media App, Etc)
- Turn Leads / queres into sales
- Manage Products on Website, updating, removing, posting. (Will be Trained)
- Report to Operations Manager.
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- English (Required)
