Develop and execute sales strategies to target B2B clients and corporate accounts.
Directly manage and close high-level B2B contracts, negotiations, and partnership agreements.
Identify new market opportunities and lead generation channels to expand the client base.
2. Team Supervision & Training:
Supervise the daily activities of the sales and customer support team (Call Center & Outdoor).
Train and mentor agents on advanced sales techniques, negotiation skills, and B2B etiquette.
Monitor team performance against KPIs and ensure adherence to company scripts and policies.
3. Customer Affairs & Retention:
Oversee client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Handle escalated customer complaints and complex issues, acting as the final point of resolution.
Ensure a seamless handover from sales to operations for delivered services.
4. Reporting & Analysis:
Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and improve revenue.
Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports on team performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for management.
Requirements
Language Skills: Fluent/Native proficiency in both Arabic and English (Written & Spoken) is Mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Sales, with a strong focus on B2B Sales and Team Supervision in UAE.
Contract Management: Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and close business contracts.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan sales campaigns and set targets, not just execute them.
Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to motivate the team and manage client relationships simultaneously.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
