Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Customer Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage a team of sales and customer service staff, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance, enhancing service quality, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the sales and customer service team to achieve individual and team targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet business objectives. Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and training when necessary. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and feedback effectively. Prepare sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and performance analyses for management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards. Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales and customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
