Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations and follow-ups
Maintain and update customer database and CRM systems
Prepare and send invoices, sales reports and documentation
Manage office supplies, equipment and day to day administrative task
Handle customer enquires and provide products service information
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment
Provide front desk support, including answering phone calls and welcoming guests
Requirements
Female candidate with 1 or 2 years of experience in sales and marketing field (freshers can also applied)
Comfortable using MS Office(Word, Excel)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Sales - driven and target oriented
