We have established a strong market presence within Qatar by providing reliable and trustworthy services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review competitive freight quotations for Air, Sea, and Road shipments. Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring timely pickup and delivery. Track and update shipment status for clients and internal teams. Handle freight invoicing, verify costs, and ensure billing accuracy with finance. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and airlines for rate negotiations and bookings. Prepare and manage import/export documentation in compliance with regulations. Maintain and update rate sheets, supplier contracts, and pricing databases. Support the sales team with detailed and competitive quotations. Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and maintain strong relationships. Identify potential upselling opportunities and coordinate with the sales team. Respond to RFQs and tenders. Resolve shipment delays or issues proactively. Analyze shipment data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations(Land Freight) 2-3 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry. Strong knowledge of freight pricing (Air, Sea, Road), Incoterms, and international shipping documentation. Hands-on experience with freight invoicing systems and logistics/ERP software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in Sales and ability to support sales team Bachelor's degree is preferred
