Coordinate with clients and operations teams for freight forwarding inquiries and shipments. Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, documentation, and shipment schedules. Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships. Track shipments and assist in resolving delivery/logistics issues. Support sales team with lead follow-up and internal coordination.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience
insales coordination
in theshipping & logistics / freight forwarding industry
(UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of freight modes:Sea, Air, and Land
. Good communication skills in English (Tamil , Malayalam & Hindi is a plus). Proficient in MS Office and email correspondence. Must bewilling to travel
when required for client meetings.Company is located in Sharjah
- candidates must be comfortable commuting.Only experienced candidates will be considered
