Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team, specializing in

interior joinery fit-out projects

, particularly villas and interiors. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the joinery fit-out industry,

strong ERP software knowledge, and experience managing sales orders, job orders, procurement, and material issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and

manage sales and job orders from initiation to completion

for interior joinery fit-out projects. Handle procurement and purchase requests to ensure timely availability of materials.

Manage materials issuance and stock coordination

to support ongoing projects. Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Use ERP software to update sales orders, job progress, inventory,

and procurement details. Track and follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payments.

Prepare and maintain sales documentation, reports, and records.

Assist in coordinating site visits and project updates for clients and management.

Resolve any sales or material-related issues

efficiently. Support the sales and project teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements:

Minimum

2 to 4 years

of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in the

interior joinery fit-out industry.

Strong knowledge of ERP software systems for sales and procurement management. Good understanding of materials, job orders, and purchase processes specific to joinery and interior fit-out projects. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Immediate availability to join.

Preferred:

Experience working on villa and interior fit-out projects. Familiarity with the joinery industry standards and materials.
