We are seeking a
Sales Coordinator
withAutoCAD skills
to join our team. This role involves supporting the sales team inclient communication, quotations, and order follow-ups
, while also providingbasic technical drawing support
. The ideal candidate will be able tocoordinate between clients, sales, and design/production teams
, ensuring smooth execution of projects.Key Responsibilities
Handle
client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up
to support the sales process. Assist sales team withpresentations, documents, and proposals
. Prepare or updateAutoCAD drawings/layouts
as required for client projects. Trackorders, deliveries, and payments
, keeping clients informed. Coordinate with internal teams to meet project requirements.Requirements
Minimum
one year of experience
in sales coordination, inside sales, or technical sales.Proficiency in AutoCAD
is required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Job Type: Full-time
