Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a diligent & efficient Sales Coordinator to join our team. Your responsibilities will include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, Handling local procurement,coordinating with other teams, handling administrative duties.

Role & Responsibilities

Source material, goods, and services and negotiate the most cost-effective contract and deals. Execute PR-PO- GRN conversion in

ERP

, ensuring accuracy and timely procurement. Manage the end-to-end local procurement. Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues related to delays, payments, and disputes. Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to manage stock availability and accuracy. Performing inventory inspection and reordering supplies and stock. Collaborate with the external sales team, providing them with necessary sales support, including preparing quotes, sales report, product information, and specifications. Provide support to customers by addressing order-related queries, status updates, and post-sale communication. Assist in processing incoming sales orders and ensure timely delivery by liaising with internal departments. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the company CRM system. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and procurement guidelines.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales coordination or customer support. Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Basic knowledge of electrical installation products would be an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
