Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with the process of setting up businesses, ensuring clarity on documentation, timelines, and legal requirements.
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients through timely communication.
Provide post-sale support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Prepare and organize necessary documents, proposals, and agreements.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and calls between clients and business setup consultants.
Translate or communicate effectively in Malayalam and English with clients from Kerala or Malayalam-speaking regions.
Support marketing efforts and events related to business setup promotions.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred due to role requirements.
Fluent in
English and Malayalam
(spoken and written);
Hindi
is a plus.
Proven experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or administrative roles (preferably in business setup, real estate, or consultancy firms).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
