Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, respond to inquiries, and follow up on proposals.
Liaise with internal teams (technical, operations, and finance) to ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
Track sales orders, ensure proper documentation, and monitor project progress.
Support in organizing meetings, client visits, and product/service presentations.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing after-sales coordination and support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, project support, or a related role.
Strong technical understanding with the ability to prepare engineering-related proposals.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Team player with attention to detail.
Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
