About the Job:



The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales function by branding and marketing the company's services, generating new leads, and helping close new business deals. This role requires a strong balance of marketing execution and sales coordination, ensuring effective communication with potential clients, creating promotional materials, and tracking sales performance. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in expanding the company's client base and strengthening its market presence.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and brand the company's services across multiple channels (social media, events, campaigns, etc.). Generate new leads through marketing initiatives, networking, and client outreach. Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on prospects, prepare proposals, and close deals. Assist in preparing sales and marketing presentations, reports, and promotional materials. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and sales pipeline data. Organize and coordinate sales meetings, client visits, and promotional events. Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management. Support cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth service delivery to new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support repeat business and referrals. Take up other duties as assigned by management to support overall sales growth.

Job Required:



1.

Education and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sales coordination, marketing, or business development.

Skills and Abilities:



Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools. Ability to design and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
