Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth sales operations. You will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: * Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on sales leads.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales pipelines, sales forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.
  • Monitor and track competitor activities and market trends.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support the sales team.
Preferred Candidate: * 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales or marketing field.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
