– Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material. – Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. – Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. – Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently. – Managing budgets for expenses like bonuses, marketing, and travel. – Making the company’s products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
Job Requirements:
– 2 – 4 years of experience working as a sales coordinator. – Knowledge of engineering and MEP Products. – Diploma / B‐TECH / B.E – Mechanical. – Highly motivated, self‐starter, highly disciplined, clear thinker. – Should be a multitasker and systematic person. – Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to express ideas clearly both verbally and in writing. – Stability: has worked for longer period in a company. – Language preference: English and Hindi / Malayalam.
