We are hiring an Entry-Level Sales Coordinator /Pre-Qualification Executive to support the sales process by acting as a link between the Marketing and Sales teams. This role focuses on initial lead screening and qualification, ensuring only relevant and sales-ready leads are passed to the sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the coordination point between Marketing and Sales teams.
- Make initial contact with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Ask basic qualifying questions to understand client needs, budget, and intent.
- Screen and categorize leads before passing them to the sales team.
- Update and maintain lead details accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with warm leads as guided by the sales team.
- Schedule meetings or callbacks for sales representatives when required.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
Requirements:
