\xc2\xb7 Prepares quotation, pro forma invoice and sales orders. \xc2\xb7 Assist the sales team. \xc2\xb7 Post orders for all the local sales in to the production. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the customers and logistics department regarding shipping details and documentation requirement by customers. \xc2\xb7 Arrange and attend meeting as per instruction of sale Manger. \xc2\xb7 Liaise between different departments in order to get approval for posting the order into the production. \xc2\xb7 Follow up with the production department to know the production dates. \xc2\xb7 Focus on managing schedule for the deliveries of the orders. \xc2\xb7 Track Sales Orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent on time. \xc2\xb7 Prepare reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis for Local Sales team. \xc2\xb7 Contact the customers for any new orders. \xc2\xb7 Respond to all the sales queries via phone and email. \xc2\xb7 Support the divisional manager and the sales executives \xc2\xb7 To understand and handle the customers in their portfolio \xc2\xb7 To study the order from release to dispatch. \xc2\xb7 To interact with the customer by phone / mail. \xc2\xb7 Follow up with the designs, planning, and logistics on the progress of the jobs. \xc2\xb7 Answer inquires by phone and email. \xc2\xb7 Maintain all records and data including samples pertaining to the customers being handled. \xc2\xb7 To provide the information to the divisional Manager and the sales executives. \xc2\xb7 Be able to adjust and comprehend with additional tasks given by superiors other than the required work responsibilities.
