SALES COORDINATOR BODYTECC ENZA is a world-renowned Jewellery company who provides with high quality body piercing and fashion jewellery worldwide. We have our own Production facility based in China and maintain offices in the United Arab Emirates and Germany. We are currently seeking for an outstanding, energetic and result orientated individual with high level of commitment to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be responsible in coordinating sales activities and ensuring they are executed efficiently.
- Providing support to the sales team and assisting with customer inquiries.
- Communication with customers with regard to sales orders.
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinating and creating sales orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Minimum 1 year experience in working as a sales coordinator or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system (Odoo System) will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in e-commerce will also be an added advantage.
