Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support sales team activities and client communications
Prepare quotations, invoices, and proposals as per customer requirements
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects
Liaise between clients and production to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
Maintain and update client database and sales records
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in a printing or advertising environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM tools is a plus
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Fluent in Arabic (reading and writing)
Preferred:
UAE experience in the printing/advertising field
Fluent in Arabic (reading and writing)
Knowledge of printing materials, signage, branding, and promotional items
