Seeking a semi-experienced coordinator in advertising sales team

Sales Coordinator

Reports To:

Account managers and Sales Manager.

Job Overview

Seeking a coordination executive to help account managers with coordination jobs such as:

o - Making quotations.

o - Working with senior salesperson to coordinate and communicate project directives with in-house team and client (if required) as instructed by the senior salesperson.

o - Handling small client accounts under supervision of senior staff or line manager

o - Any other assisting work to the sales team if required

We are looking for an active and energetic coordinator to work with our sales team to follow up with their on-going projects, deadlines and work in progress with production. Client interaction may be needed from time to time. The coordinator should be vigilant to notice any discrepancies or drops in the project and alert the sales person beforehand. We need someone who speaks both English and Urdu / Hindi with confidence.

This is a position with good career growth potential internally in our company as well as for career growth in general. We are looking to hire someone with a commitment of staying with our company for a minimum of 2 years whereby they have the potential to grow into the sales person role.

Requirements:

o Quick learning ability.

o Knowledge of Excel, Word, PDFs, PPT.

o Quick typing.

o Attention to detail.

o Ability to work collaboratively.

o Dedication to maintaining entry accuracy.

Timings

Timings: 9 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday
Timings: 9 am - 2 pm, Saturday

Qualifications

Diploma or degree AFTER high school (10+2). Experience: 1 in advertising
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
