Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and professional sales quotations using Microsoft Word and Excel. Conduct timely follow-ups with clients and negotiate quotations as required. Support the sales team by managing schedules, tracking deadlines, and distributing sales documentation. Respond to client inquiries via email or telephone in a courteous, professional, and calm manner. Monitor and track sales leads and client orders to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Coordinate effectively between internal departments and clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Review and evaluate costs and ensure any changes or adjustments to quotations are communicated and documented appropriately.

Job Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree holder preferably in Technical / Engineering / Business Management studies Prior experience in Advertising/Printing/Signages/Exhibition industry is

highly

preferred*

Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel and Word*
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail with a flexible and proactive approach to work. Highly organized and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently. Immediate availability to join is required.
