Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Marine Communication Systems

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Sales Coordinator

based in

Sharjah

with a strong technical background in

Navcom, Satcom, and VSAT

systems, specifically used in

marine vessels

. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by coordinating with clients, understanding their technical needs, preparing proposals, and ensuring seamless delivery and after-sales service. Prior experience in handling marine technical equipment and direct client engagement is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:

Identify and connect with shipping companies and marine operators across the UAE, particularly in the Sharjah region. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Navcom, Satcom, and VSAT solutions. Support the sales team in preparing quotations, coordinating product demonstrations, and following up on leads and inquiries. Maintain sales records, update CRM, and coordinate internally to ensure timely responses and documentation. Liaise with logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain and develop strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. Serve as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams for pre- and post-sales coordination.

Technical Support (Basic):

Provide first-level technical support for client queries and escalate to technical engineers when required. Coordinate site visits or remote support with technical teams to troubleshoot or install systems.

Product Knowledge & Training:

Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies in marine Navcom, Satcom, and VSAT systems. Assist in preparing training material and presentations for clients when required.

Requirements:

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a sales coordination or inside sales role, preferably in the

marine, shipping, or telecommunication industry

. Prior experience in

technical coordination involving Navcom, Satcom, or VSAT systems

is highly preferred.

Skills:

Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent communication (English; Arabic is a plus) and interpersonal abilities. Basic technical knowledge of marine communication systems and ability to understand customer requirements. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and business communication platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or a related technical field. Certification or training in marine communication systems or VSAT is an advantage.

Pay: Up to AED1,000.00 per month
