Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, process orders, coordinate with suppliers, and assist in daily sales operations for
marine and industrial products

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
Maintain accurate sales and customer records in CRM systems.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments.
Ensure smooth internal coordination between sales, accounts, and operations teams.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of sales coordination experience
(preferably in marine, industrial, or trading sectors).
Strong
organizational and multitasking skills
.
Proficient in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic ERP/CRM systems.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Immediate joiners
