In this role, you will handle sales administration, manage customer orders, and coordinate seamlessly between clients, sales teams, logistics, and after-sales support. You will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction within the marine industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for marine sales inquiries, quotations, and customer support.
Coordinate and process marine sales orders from quotation to delivery, including documentation and invoicing.
Liaise with logistics and after-sales teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Support sales representatives with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
Contribute to sales strategies through market insights and negotiation support.
Requirements:
Currently based in the UAE.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in sales for
marine spare parts
.
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or a related field
.
Strong knowledge of
marine spare parts
and the maritime industry.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
