Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts. Coordinate with clients to follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders. Handle documentation related to sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in CRM/ERP systems. Communicate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, and accounts) to ensure timely processing of orders. Support in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management. Respond to client queries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism. Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure smooth workflow. Assist in organizing sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or Administrative role (preferably in kitchen equipment, hospitality, or related industries). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
