Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Support the sales team with lead management and pipeline tracking.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and client meetings.
Client Coordination:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-ups.
Internal Coordination:
Liaise between sales and operations teams to ensure client needs are met.
Sales Coordination:
Oversee the smooth flow of sales orders, from inquiry to delivery.
Reporting:
Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Client Visits:
Conduct site visits to understand client needs and ensure service delivery.
Documentation:
Handle sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices and agreements.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year in sales coordination with a manpower supply or recruitment firm.
License:
Must have a valid
UAE Driving License
