Job Description

Febno Technologies is seeking dynamic, motivated, and target-driven Sales Executives / Sales Coordinators to join our growing division in Dubai. The role involves handling leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and working professionals Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Convert leads through effective counselling and follow-ups Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM systems Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on digital campaign leads Build and maintain strong relationships with students and corporate clients Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Assist in webinars, virtual events, and promotional activities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred) 0-4 years of experience in sales, tele calling, counselling or related fields Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
