We currently looking for an experienced and talented "Sales coordinator", for a reputed Gas manufacturing company.

Contract Type: Full Time

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

Inquires & Quotations

Ensuring all the enquiry & quotation details are updated on the reports on daily basis on Masterfile.

Updating quotations and other details on vendor portal

Prompt response to the enquiry received through email/phone/sales person

Prepare quotation, business proposals, contracts, tenders in consultation with sales team and marketing

Submission/sending quotation to customers.

Follow up with customer on receipt of quotation

Regret letters/emails to customer for inability to quote for any reason

Customer Satisfaction

Ensuring that the customer is satisfied with our timely responses to their enquiries

Attending customer complaints immediately and following it up with the customer service engineer

Sales Log

The logs for quotation, enquiries, order received lost orders, reasons for lost orders, inquiries not materialised, items pending supplies etc to be maintained on a day-to-day basis in "Masterfile"

All documentations & sales reports should be maintained as per the sales policy and procedures

Assisting Supervisor

Reports - Daily Key List (DKEL), Weekly and Monthly Masterfile update, MPR file

Follow ups - Follow ups on quotation status, local purchase orders (LPO), reports submissions

Documentation - Maintain documentations like assets approval form, asset issuance form, cylinder deposit approval form (CDAF), Credit application form, Vendor Registration Form, Material Purchase Requistion, Proforma Invoice

Visa Preferred type: Visit Visa/ Canceled visa
