Sales Coordinator
with experience in
ELV/ICT Systems
to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales department by managing documentation, preparing proposals, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring a smooth sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical submittals for ELV & ICT solutions.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely project execution.
Maintain and update sales records, CRM data, and documentation.
Track project progress, follow up on leads, and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Handle client inquiries and provide accurate product/solution information.
Prepare presentations, sales reports, and correspondence.
Support tender preparation and submission processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ELV / ICT / Low Voltage Systems sales coordination.
Strong understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, Structured Cabling, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
