About the Company: Kreol Travel Retail is the duty free distribution division of Krel Grou, and works out of the group head office in Dubai Investments Park 2. Kreol Travel Retail is a leading travel retail distribution company, specializing in the distribution of products across multiple categories ranging from confectionary to perfume & cosmetics to supermarket goods among others, to airports and other duty-free stores around the world. Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the division manager in all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to order processing and account management. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and product categories, and will be a key member of our sales team. What you\'ll do:
- Assist with the development and execution of sales strategies and plans
- Source and cultivate new leads through research and outreach
- Coordinate sales presentations and demonstrations
- Process orders and manage customer accounts
- Assist with the development of marketing materials and proposals
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and project management
- Manage shop-floor brand ambassadors and sales promoters and push them to achieve targets
- Plan inventory for your respective accounts
- Analyze secondary sellout data from your customers
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus
- Interest in travel and luxury products a plus
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
