The Sales Coordinator for Home Healthcare is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, facilitating communication with clients and healthcare professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes within the home healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting new clients, and managing customer inquiries. Coordinate sales-related activities, including scheduling client appointments, organizing sales meetings, and preparing sales materials. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and referral sources to promote the organization\'s services. Communicate with clients to understand their healthcare needs, address concerns, and provide information about available services. Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales-related documentation. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as needed to support sales initiatives and business development efforts. Sales Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments, such as clinical services, operations, and billing, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Coordinate with field staff to schedule home visits, assessments, and consultations based on client needs and availability. Marketing and Promotions: Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to raise awareness of the organization\'s services and attract new clients. Assist in organizing and participating in community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities to generate leads and referrals. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or healthcare administration preferred. Knowledge of home healthcare services, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and healthcare professionals. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
