  • Sales in attracting new and old customers to the hotel be responsible for providing assistance to the team;
  • Manage all aspects of sales activities, including receiving initial inquiries, timely preparation of prospect information, proposals, correspondence and contracts, pending reservations, etc. help coordinate and resolve issues such as:

  • To actively participate in production and hotel training programs
  • To participate in the improvement of systems and procedures:
  • Provide courteous assistance and proper coordination to hotel staff and guests;
  • Participate in weekly department meetings, daily meetings and trainings;
  • To immediately inform the direct manager about the problems or questions that have arisen so that they can be solved in time;
  • Understand and adhere to all departmental guidelines and policies;
  • To report any technical problems and necessary needs in the work process immediately to the direct manager;
  • To assist the work of other employees of the department;
  • Prepare and submit all reports directly to the manager during the period of duty;
  • Respond professionally to customer questions and understand their needs and requirements;
  • To establish close cooperation relations both with colleagues within the Sales department and with employees of other departments;

Qualifications
  • Higher education (tourism and hotel management is desirable)
  • Experience in the relevant position (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS Software, Microsoft Windows computer programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Must possess professional telephone etiquette and have an excellent command
  • Strong team player who can work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Dynamic, willing to learn
  • Have good sales and presentation skills
