- To arrange freight for the units with local freight forwarding companies and suppliers, compare the freight quotes, finalize and nominate forwarders for collection of units from factory up to arrival in UAE port.
- To clear the shipments from the port in coordination with JAM Clearance Team & Genavco Stores and place them in Genavco yard.
- To arrange necessary approvals for direct delivery to customers\xe2\x80\x99 site.
- To prepare costing of the arrived units for delivery.
- To arrange OTM (Oracle Transport Management) & update Shipping Schedule in the shared folder.
- To arrange posting of suppliers\' Invoices and receiving local suppliers invoices for submission to Finance.
- To arrange Insurance for Racking Projects.
- To arrange units for Demo purpose at customers site.
- To apply for VCC with JAM Clearance Team.
- To carry out Rental related jobs.
Requirements
- BA or BSc in Administration / Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office.
- Age 25-30 years.
- Preferably Female Candidate.
