As the Online Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our online sales operations. The ideal candidate is adept at multitasking, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Order Management:
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate orders efficiently through platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Monitor and manage community engagement on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to foster positive customer relationships.
- Process and fulfill orders received through the company website.
- Utilize Odoo for accurate and timely booking of orders.
- Coordinate and schedule timely deliveries to clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Work closely with logistics partners to optimize delivery processes.
- Provide occasional assistance with marketing tasks and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and promotions.
- At least 1 year of experience in online sales coordination or a marketing role.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms and online communication channels.
- Proficiency in order management systems, with experience in Odoo Software being a plus,.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in Russian and English is a plus
