Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate orders efficiently through platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram.
Monitor and manage community engagement on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to foster positive customer relationships.
Order Fulfillment:
Process and fulfill orders received through the company website.
Utilize Odoo for accurate and timely booking of orders.
Logistics and Delivery:
Coordinate and schedule timely deliveries to clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Work closely with logistics partners to optimize delivery processes.
Marketing Support:
Provide occasional assistance with marketing tasks and campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and promotions.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in online sales coordination or a marketing role.
Familiarity with popular social media platforms and online communication channels.
Proficiency in order management systems, with experience in Odoo Software being a plus,.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
