Overall Job Function: Job Responsibility including but not limited to:
Assist Merchandisers in optimizing the customer journey and on-site experience by troubleshooting site-related incidents, supporting an enhanced customer experience
Facilitate set up of online items in internal systems and perform necessary edits after publishing Ensuring site stock availability by reconciling inventory data against on-site availability
Create visibility for local teams while driving new solutions with global partners, such as Commercial Merch Support
Proactive SKU management helping teams identify priority products to enable the warehouse teams to ensure speedy arrival of important articles
Utilize internal programs to pull SKU\xe2\x80\x99s, data and manage inventory, working closely with Distribution Center
Responsible for full-cycle execution of sales, deals and general offers on H&M site
Collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing teams on site content and merchandising
Support team on ad hoc analysis needed to take educated and informed decisions
Qualifications Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, preferably in Business or Retail
3-4 years of experience in a support function or e-commerce role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with ability to manipulate large data sets
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Solution oriented, with strong problem-solving ability
Detail-oriented, with a customer focused approach
Strong organization and time management skills
Self-starter with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Team player with agile and fast-paced mindset, can quickly and effectively re-prioritize daily tasks based on changing business needs
Strong follow up and ability to influence business partners.
