Job Title: Sales Coordinator Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and facilitating the sales process. This role involves coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies. The Sales Coordinator works closely with various departments, including marketing, customer service, and finance, to ensure efficient sales operations and customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities, including order processing, tracking, and managing sales documentation. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and schedule sales appointments, meetings, and events. \xc2\xb7 Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute sales materials, presentations, and proposals. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for sales management. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders, invoices, and payments. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing policies. \xc2\xb7 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure product availability. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors\' activities to identify new sales opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Provide administrative support to the sales team, including travel arrangements, expense tracking, and meeting coordination. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and improve overall efficiency. \xc2\xb7 Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities to enhance sales knowledge and skills. Qualifications and Skills: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in sales support or coordination roles. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). \xc2\xb7 Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of sales techniques and principles. \xc2\xb7 Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships. \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. \xc2\xb7 Problem-solving and decision-making skills. \xc2\xb7 Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Professional demeanor and ability to represent the organization positively. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
