Sales Coordinator

- Manage the customer site visit procedure and related communication with key departments
- Conduct site visits with potential customers and staff
- Arrange and attend client familiarisation trips (client entertainment)
- Prepare proposals and client agreements and manage the rate loading procedure
- Manage the administration
- Co-ordinate and participate in sales campaigns to target lapsed and new business as directed
- Prepare account tracking and reports as directed
- Conduct research to generate new business
- Promote and produce sales leads for ACCOR
Your experience and skills include:
- Experience in hotel environment \xe2\x80\x93 minimum 1 year with International Chain hotels preferred
- Knowledge of Reservations/ Front Office or Sales Environment is an advantage
- Meticulous and detailed oriented individual
- Good interpersonal skills and self-confident
- Guest oriented and service minded, with attention to quality
- Good sales skills
- Good presentation
- A thorough and organised approach
