Job Description
Our client, a prominent name in manufacturing of color & additive masterbatch, is looking to hire a Sales Coordinator for their office based in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
Min BA /BSC Chemistry / B. Com
Work Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years or more in the manufacturing industry.
Salary: AED 6000 or above (Negotiable as per the skills of the candidate)
Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (6 days a week)
Job Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in Product Sales in the allocated Sales territories.
- Correspondence with customers via emails and visits within UAE and abroad.
- Maintain CRM database.
- Exceeding or meeting the personal & the team\xe2\x80\x99s sales targets, while demonstrating a solid customer focus.
- Coordinating with production and communicating to customers on possible product delivery dates
- Organizing sample collection and dispatch of the same for local customers and keeping the data base for the same.
- Making accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales.
- Attending multiple local & international exhibitions. Traveling is required.
- Presentation & analysis of multiple reports.
- Other assigned tasks.
- Knowledge of plastics, additives & polymers, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Commercial awareness & capable of acquiring market information.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Knowledge of MS Office/SAP / Internet/Basic Accounts
- Experience in ISO 9001 is preferred, but not mandatory.
