We, Allister Real Estate LLC located in Oud Mehta are looking for an enthusiastic, professional leasing agent to assist us with marketing and leasing properties. The leasing agent will ensure properties are maintained effectively, market properties and screen prospective tenants. You will preserve favorable relations with property owners and tenants, contribute to a positive atmosphere in the office and portray a positive image of the company in your activities. You will oversee and coordinate the orientation of new tenants, and assist with performing office management and clerical tasks. To be successful you need to balance the needs of property owners with those of tenants, and achieve occupancy and rental goals. Responsibilities Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers Confirm rental application data and personal references Stay knowledgeable of the property market status Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, crime etc) Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically Requirements and skills Proven UAE working experience as Leasing Agent at least 1 year. Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices Proven track of successful sales record Up to date with property market status MS Office familiarity Excellent communication and negotiation skills Persuasive with marketing and sales skills Ability to close the deals individually. Knowledge of using CRM Portals (Bayut, dubizzle, smart Agent, Property finder Etc.)
