Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Coordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Assist in the preparation and execution of sales strategies and initiatives
Handle quality account of the restaurant, ensuring continuous partner relationships and resolving operations issues between partner restaurants, users/partner restaurants, etc
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information as well as pricing details
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information
Manage sales documentation, contracts, and sales-related reports
Organize and schedule sales meetings, conferences, as well as events
Prepare sales presentations and materials as needed
Maintain positive and lasting relationships with existing customers to drive customer retention
Analyze sales data and trends to generate insights for better decision-making
Generate contract delivery and pick up report on periodic basis
Identify opportunities for streamlining sales processes and implement necessary improvements
Support communication between sales representatives, customers, as well as internal teams
Work closely with the sales team to track sales performance, targets, as well as key performance indicators
Collect and document restaurant contracts as well as amendments, fill restaurant contracts, as well as other sales related data
Generate reports for partner restaurants on transmission methods, assist in programming and replacing GPRS printers and train restaurant or call center personnel on how to use transmission system
Offer exceptional customer service to clients and address their queries and concerns promptly
Job Qualifications and Experience
Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or any related course
Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role required
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
Exceptional communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data as well as documentation
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
