Job Description

Sales Coordinator A candidate should provide essential support to the sales team in order to facilitate and streamline sales operations, be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring effective communication within the sales department and with customers. Key Responsibilities: 1.Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks, such as assist in company registrations, preparing sales reports, maintaining sales databases/file management, managing documents, and organizing sales-related materials. 2. Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any order-related issues. 3. Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer needs and maintaining a professional and courteous approach. 4. Sales Coordination: Coordinate and schedule sales activities, including meetings, appointments, and events. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives. 5. Data Management: Maintain and update customer information, sales records, and databases. Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support effective sales analysis and decision-making. 6. Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration between the sales team and other internal departments, such as marketing and operations. Share relevant information, updates, and feedback to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Bachelors degree of Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering; additional education or training in similar or a related field is a plus. 2. Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach. 6. Detail-oriented and highly attentive to accuracy in data entry and documentation. 7. Familiarity with sales processes, terminology, and basic sales techniques. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
