Assisting in the preparation of presentation material, standard tender material, and written correspondence
General administrative support including taking and publishing meeting minutes, preparing letters, reports and presentations as directed
Maintaining archives, databases, standard tender material, and other information and material used by the Marketing and Sales Department
Providing administrative support in tendering, from receipt of tender invitations to compilation of the tender material, preparation of the tender, and through to tender submission
Organizing participation at regional trade shows and exhibitions
Requirements
Experience in sales and bid support, preferably in the Seismic industry or other oil and gas services related industry.
Extensive knowledge of MS Office suite of programs.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to demanding deadlines.
Strong English verbal and written communications skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task in a challenging environment.
