Job Description
An International Automotive spare parts trading company requires a a Sales Coordinator with 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial sales support in Automotive spare parts trading industries. Responsibilities:
- Processing of incoming orders from receipt to on-time-delivery.
- Preparation and completion of quotations to customers and sales partners within a specific standard discount range. Technical questions are handled in cooperation with the Technical Sales Support or product specialists.
- Handling of delivery time requests, expedites, etc. in cooperation with the logistics department.
- Monitoring of payments and credit limits. Critical observations are solved with the sales and finance department.
- Managing delivery related complaints from customers and partners, e. g. subsequent supplies, billing or credit notes.
- Pro-active support to the continuous optimization of internal processes from order to cash in cooperation with the responsible departments of the Company considering especially export relevant delivery requirements.
- Set-up and maintenance of the sales, marketing and logistics relevant contact respectively delivery data base in the ERP.
- Assistance in the compilation of relevant data and information required for effective and efficient customer and partner meetings.
- Assistance in coordination, execution and care of visitors (e. g. customers, partners) to the Company.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Automotive industries: 2 years (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
