An International Automotive spare parts trading company requires a a Sales Coordinator with 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial sales support in Automotive spare parts trading industries. Responsibilities:
Processing of incoming orders from receipt to on-time-delivery.
Preparation and completion of quotations to customers and sales partners within a specific standard discount range. Technical questions are handled in cooperation with the Technical Sales Support or product specialists.
Handling of delivery time requests, expedites, etc. in cooperation with the logistics department.
Monitoring of payments and credit limits. Critical observations are solved with the sales and finance department.
Managing delivery related complaints from customers and partners, e. g. subsequent supplies, billing or credit notes.
Pro-active support to the continuous optimization of internal processes from order to cash in cooperation with the responsible departments of the Company considering especially export relevant delivery requirements.
Set-up and maintenance of the sales, marketing and logistics relevant contact respectively delivery data base in the ERP.
Assistance in the compilation of relevant data and information required for effective and efficient customer and partner meetings.
Assistance in coordination, execution and care of visitors (e. g. customers, partners) to the Company.
