The Role
Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Dubai Reports to: Sales Manager Job Purpose: The Sales Coordinator will provide support to the sales team, ensuring efficient sales operations and effective communication with clients/customers. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and maintain customer database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate sales team schedules and appointments with clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and distribute sales proposals, quotes, and contracts \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to customer inquiries and provide sales support to team members \xe2\x80\xa2 Track and report sales activity and performance \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize and attend sales meetings and training sessions \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate records of sales and expenses

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong attention to detail and accuracy \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive attitude and strong work ethic
